We have become accustomed to feeling welcomed by every staff member like it was their home. This is the 4th time we have stayed but the first time to see the drastic change in the whole feeling and energy at the resort. Usually I would be raving about the staff and the above and beyond hospitality we've grown accustomed too. It was crunchy and no I didn't give them a chance to cook it.I mean you kinda know you need to cook it.right. We ordered some red beans and rice and had to send it back due to they forgot to cook the rice. I sure thought Harrahs Hotels were high class.nope. It smelled like someone dropped a whole bottle of cheap cleaning solution.

It was better than the queen room,but still not over 300.00 a night better. She also said she'd personally clean the king suite herself, as we didn't get it until the 2nd night when family arrived. 🙄 This is the same person who informed me she inspects every room when it's cleaned. I think the worst was the next morning when I looked under the edge if bed to find a used condom wrapper,but hey the manager gave us a 25.00 food credit. We had to make a lot of plans where to stay since we were there to visit family and we had a king suite that was really expensive so we could have a place to sit in living room to visit and not have to live in the actual casino the whole time. We would have normally canceled our stay and demanded our money back and left. I had planned on talking to the manager the next morning since I was exhausted from our 12 hr drive and then I had to clean the room enough to stay in it. The pictures tell it all! I think a Motel 6 would have been cleaner. We stayed Jan 27th to Jan 30th in a queen room.
